Refund policy
At SleekGo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under our standard returns policy, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and returned, where possible, in its original packaging with all included accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@sleekgo-uk.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will generally be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if you have received the wrong item, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy and, where applicable, will not require you to bear the return shipping cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- custom-made or personalised products;
- gift cards;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- sealed items which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed.
Because SleekGo sells personal hair styling tools, we may refuse returns of items that have been used, opened, or unsealed where they are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or your statutory rights otherwise apply.
Sale Items
Sale items may only be excluded from our voluntary return policy where permitted. However, if you purchased online or at a distance, or if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights still apply, including to sale items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Your Right to Cancel Under UK Distance Selling Rules
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without giving any justification.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within that 14-day period by contacting us at contact@sleekgo-uk.com.
If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights:
- you must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel;
- the goods should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection;
- we may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item;
- we will reimburse you for the price paid for the goods and the cost of the basic standard delivery option originally chosen, but we are not required to refund any extra amount paid for express or premium delivery.
This statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain exempt goods, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalised items.
Faulty, Misdescribed or Unfit Goods
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances. If the fault is identified within the short-term rejection period, you may be entitled to reject the goods for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and apply the refund.
Where a refund is due following a valid cancellation under UK distance selling rules, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where a refund is due because we agree that goods are faulty and a refund is owed, the refund must be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of that agreement.
