9. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided and this results in a delay, failed delivery, return to sender, or additional courier charges, we may be unable to refund any delivery charges already incurred.

10. Failed Delivery and Uncollected Parcels

If delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the parcel, because the parcel is not collected from a designated collection point, or because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to the carrier or to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested in circumstances for which you are responsible.

11. Lost, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at contact@sleekgo-uk.com and provide your order number together with any relevant information or photographs.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, neighbours, or any designated safe place. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the delivery provider.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to take possession of them.

12. Multiple Parcels

In some circumstances, an order may be shipped in more than one parcel. If this occurs, you may receive separate dispatch notifications, and the parcels may arrive on different dates.

13. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Any customs duties, import charges or similar fees that may apply to your order will, where applicable, be clearly indicated at checkout or otherwise communicated to you before you complete your purchase.

If no such charges are stated before your order is placed, you will not be charged any undisclosed mandatory shipping-related fees by us after checkout.
